Movement and a focus on health came to Miranda in College. It started slow: short 1-2 mile hikes, a half hour at the gym, even taking a few dance classes in college. After graduation she traveled the country with her now husband to see what beauty was around to explore. From the Great Smokey Mountains in Tennessee to Bryce Canyon in Utah there were gorgeous walks, hikes, and spelunking to be found.

When it came time to take a break from travel and settle into work Miranda began to work in Early Childhood Development. Shortly after thereafter in late winter, Miranda broke her ankle during a roller derby practice. The following spring and summer were spent inside, reminding Miranda of how much her body could do when healed and healthy. Once she was up and walking again Miranda realized there would always be some pain associated with her ankle, but there could be things done to manage and prevent further discomfort. Miranda returned to Early Childhood Education as soon as she could. While loving every minute spent with the littles, Miranda realized that her health was not something she was willing to set aside to do something she loved. Miranda decided to set her sights on expanding her knowledge of health and wellness.

After returning to her home region of New England in September of '25 Miranda signed up to take a 750-hour Massage Therapy course through Wellness Massage Institute and Center in St. Albans. She will be completing the course early November '26, Miranda has also completed a 20-hour Mindfulness and Meditation course. Miranda is passionate about helping others find relief, restore balance, and reconnect with their well-being. She believes that true healing begins with the mind—the decision to invest in yourself and embrace the healing process. Her goal is for every client to walk away feeling empowered, renewed, and supported on their personal wellness journey.
