Brooke started her training in 2009 with a focus in therapeutic and Swedish massage and has continued her training in Craniosacral Therapy and Myofascial Release massage.

Brooke's bodywork is intentional and intuitive. You will feel cared for, connected to your body, mentally grounded and physically relaxed.

Brooke finds tremendous joy in helping her clients move with more ease and feel more connected to their body. Having experienced profound healing from bodywork herself, she believes in the body's ability to heal itself.
