My name is Miki and I have been living on South Hutchinson Island since 2012. Prior to moving here, I lived in Portland, OR, and grew up in Indianapolis, IN. Going through my massage training in Indiana completely transformed me. Not only did I learn about various massage techniques, but also what it takes to achieve true balance and wellness.

Eating whole, healthy foods that agree with our bodies, giving ourselves permission to let go of stress, having a consistent work out routine to strengthen and balance our muscles and feeling joyful and purposeful, are some of the dimensions of health that I believe we need, to be truly well.

It is my personal goal to live my life in a way that is as balanced as possible by - spending time with my son, being outside and enjoying the beautiful place I live by exploring, kayaking, fishing, doing yoga and spending as much time as I can in the water. By taking time to prepare and share healthy meals with my family and friends and meditating on the beach. All of these dynamic parts of me lead me to be a strong, motivated, and positive massage therapist, for YOU. It is my purpose to support you in whatever part of your wellness journey you are on. I am here, trying my best to move forward in mine.

Aside from Massage Therapy, I also have interest and training in herbal medicine and I am a functional medicine health coach, through the FMCA.
