Nova is a queer, neurodivergent, single parent of two wild kiddos (pronouns – she/they). She has a combined 22 years of experience working in the caring professions as a doula, massage therapist, and nanny. Nova is also a classically trained vocalist, performance artist, visual artist, crafter, and avid practitioner of the alchemical arts. She has spent the last 20 years doing a deep dive into the study of holistic healing, mindfulness, trauma-informed care, and mind-body practices from a variety of traditions. A multi-passionate autodidact, Nova enjoys learning about everything from herbalism, philosophy, and science, to spirituality, and beyond. Most recently, Nova became a Certified Life Coach through The Dragontree and a Certified Yomassage™ Therapist. As a trauma survivor, Nova knows first hand how important it is to have an integrative, embodied, and trauma-informed approach to healing. She enjoys blending her training and experience as a doula, massage therapist, and life coach in order to bring her clients a uniquely transformative experience that holistically addresses the mind, body, and spirit in an optimally safe and supportive way.
