Kneading Knots

Targeted pressure. Real relief. Zero pretension.

Life is heavy, work is relentless, and bodies carry all of it. Whether you spend your days hunched over a desk, on your feet for hours, or training for your next personal best, Kneading Knots is here to help you feel good in your skin again.

I don't do cookie-cutter, assembly-line spa relaxation. With 15+ years of hands-on experience, I take an intuitive, body-positive, and inclusive approach to deep tissue and trigger-point therapy. Every body that walks through my door is treated with respect, care, and individual attention - no judgment, no fluff, just targeted work to undo chronic tension and get you moving freely.

A Safe, Welcoming Space for Every Body: Care here is equitable, inclusive, and tailored entirely to you, your comfort, and your goals.
Smart Gift Certificates: Give the gift of actual relief - because feeling better beats a generic gift basket any day.
Plan Ahead: As a one-woman shop, my schedule stays booked about 3-4 weeks out. Snag your spot early so your future self stays taken care of!
