Hand Me Your Stress is a locally owned Massage Spa Studio located in Bon Air, VA. We are located just 3 miles from Stony Point Fashion Park Mall & 4 miles from Johnston Willis Hospital. To ensure the confidentiality of our clients, appointments are necessary.

We do offer travel service to clients that prefer to be serviced in the comfort of their home, hotel, or Air BNB for an additional fee.

Our mission is to assist our clients in alleviating stress from their bodies by integrating personalized massage techniques into each session. Every massage is carefully tailored to address the specific stressors our clients communicate to us. We take pride in our ability to support our clients in managing their stress and enhancing their overall wellbeing through the therapeutic benefits of massage.

Saturday 9:00 AM- 7:00 PM

Sunday 9:00 AM-6:00 PM

Policies:

Appointment by request only

All appointments must be requested through our website. Approved requests will receive a response within 24 hours with instructions on paying deposit and next steps. Please keep in mind your appointment is not guaranteed until it has been approved.

Payment

To reserve your appointment, a non-refundable deposit of $50 is required. The remaining balance can be settled upon your arrival, with payment options including exact cash, credit, or debit card.

Cancellation

Please cancel or reschedule your appointment atleast 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Failure to do so will result in your deposit being forfeited & applied to our $50 cancellation fee for the inconvenience. We understand unexpected events and illness may occur, therefore we will try our best to accommodate any urgent matters.

Delays

Please note there is a 15 minute grace period for all appointments. After 15 minutes, the appointment will be cancelled and you will be asked to reschedule. If there was no communication between you and your therapist after 15 minutes, the appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will be applied to our “no show” fee for the inconvenience.

Travel

Please provide the full service address and parking instructions when requesting an appointment. Service will be cancelled if reasonable parking is not available to accommodate your massage therapist and their equipment.
