In today's world we as a culture tend to live in our heads. We think about how we feel and try to put a word to it, but how often do we actually listen to how we feel. Mind over matter, a matter of fact everything matters that happens within our bodies. It does matter how you feel and how your energy flows throughout you. Body aches, pains and repetitive injuries are a result of your body trying to tell you something; energy blockage, physical imbalance, tension build up etc.

At Root Down Healing and Massage I aim to offer a space that allows you to escape your mind and retreat into your body and root down into self. I would like to create an environment where you can begin to listen.

I take pride in creating a unique experience tailored to each individual client's needs and the goals they aim to accomplish throughout our sessions. Through various methods of manual therapies I hope to aid in the opportunity to reconnect with yourself, find ways to start the healing process and greater sense of physical awareness.
