As a massage therapist I believe that the balance of the physical, nutritional, mental, emotional, and energetic is the path to wellness. Through massage I can help you achieve and maintain this balance.

I believe that knowledge is power, in the case of wellness, knowledge and understanding of your own body, holds the power to break patterns or habits that cause you pain. It is the power to manage the pain that you already have.

In the United States, we have access to world class surgical care, but I believe that in most cases, if detected in time, massage can help to prevent or heal an injury before it progresses to the need for surgery.

I am here to assist you in finding a pain free path, towards wellness, and wholeness. Together, we will work through the issues that trouble your body and set goals for the future. Through therapeutic work, we will succeed.
