I believe in the power of massage to help the body to heal itself. Our bodies are filled with a tremendous capacity to heal, recover, and be resilient. Good bodywork, in my view puts your body in the optimal condition to do this regenerative work.

I have been a massage therapist for 17 years and have studied a number of modalities including Swedish, deep tissue, Thai yoga massage, Lomi Lomi, sports massage, myofascial release and energy work. I am certified in prenatal massage and greatly enjoy working with women throughout the childbearing year and into the postpartum period. I use a holistic approach to my work; it has depth, rhythm and flow and draws upon the full breadth of my knowledge to create sessions that are tailored to your needs and preferences.
