Integrated Changes is the first to bring the Rolfing® Ten Series to the Wenatchee Valley. Chris graduated from the Dr. Ida Rolf Institute in May of 2022 after four years as a Licensed Massage Therapist. Chris is looking to bring back this life changing technique to the valley he grew up in. Rolfing uses an advanced Myofascial technique to realign the different parts of the body, so the parts can function with greater ease. In turn the body as a whole can function better. Integrated Changes offers Stand Alone Sessions, Rolfing Ten Series, and Intraoral sessions, for people suffering from jaw pain and TMJ disorder.
