When you become my client, my work for your wellness doesn't end when your session does. I am constantly exploring and learning new techniques that can be incorporated into your treatments to help address your specific needs.

A proud “massage nerd,” I wholeheartedly believe in the mind-body connection and am deeply committed to continuing education in the field of massage therapy. Continuously expanding my knowledge of techniques and methods ensures that you receive the most beneficial healing touch care possible.

I chose a career in massage therapy as a way to help others deal with issues of pain and stress with a natural, proven technique that increases overall health and wellbeing. A massage can really change your day! When I’m not giving (or getting) massages, I'm trying out new healthy recipes for my family, curled up with a good book, or exploring local walking trails with my husband.
