My mission is to offer high-quality mind body therapies to the Acadiana community, empowering others to reconnect with themselves through intentional self-care. In todays fast paced world, we often neglect our mental and physical health. Our routines include everything-except restoration. Its time to change that.

With over 17 years of experience as a licensed Massage Therapist, and more than 8 years as a Reiki Master, my passion lies in helping others find balance through therapeutic massage, Reiki, and mindfulness practices. These powerful modalities can ease pain, reduce stress, improve clarity, and restore emotional well-being.

Each session is fully customized to your unique needs, blending various bodywork techniques with energy work to relieve myofascial pain, reduce tension, and promote deep relaxation. Reiki enhances this process by helping to balance energy, calm the nervous system, and support emotional resilience. Its a powerful complement to massage and is increasingly embraced by the medical community worldwide.
