I'm a 45 year resident of the Outer Banks.I moved here in 1980 after earning a Bachelors in Human Services from Elon. My desire to help others led me to be an avid follower of the teachings of Edgar Cayce, Father of Holistic Medicine. My belief in the body/ mind connection for health and wellness led me to Cayce Reilly School of Massotherapy in Virginia Beach, where I completed the 700 hr program of massage with honors.

Every client is unique and I do not believe in a "one size fits all cookie cutter" massage treatment. My technique is an integrated, intuitive approach to address the issues of my clients, focusing on pain and dysfunction in the body.Those "pains" that stop you from living life or enjoying your vacation.Chronic pain, migraines, neck and back pain, sciatic nerve pain, fibromyalgia. Pains brought on by long car rides, bad rental beds, general life stresses while trying to enjoy time away.

My goal is to help my clients through bodywork manage and get pain free.To reset your nervous system and bring about a sense of wellness and calm. Increase their mobility and decrease their pain.

In my off time I run a dog rescue. I'm the Founder/ Executive Director of a 501(c)3 Non profit, foster based Bully breed rescue, Dune Dawgs Rescue Inc.We save pit bull type dogs from kill shelters, abuse, or life at the end of a chain. We provide vetting, rehab and adoptions in forever homes as wonderful companion animals.

I live across the dune from the ocean and relax by spending time walking on the beach, tending to our garden, cooking or hanging with my partner and 2 dogs, Little and Taylor.
