As life continues to bring different stressors, our bodies wear down and pain sets in. Regular massages help to decrease pains and discomfort from posture, illness and disease, and stress. Whether you just need time for yourself to relax and unwind, or if you're looking for a modality that helps your physical ailments, massage therapy is for you!
My name is Bianca Dover, I stumbled upon massage therapy while in school for Physical Therapy/Athletic Training. I found joy in hearing the results people were receiving through consistent massage. I aim to provide a customizable massage session to everyone based on their individual goals. Whether you're a mom who has hip pain from holding sweet kiddos, a mechanic with low back and knee issues, or if you work from home and need some attention on neck and shoulders, I am here to work with you on your goals to achieve a better quality of life with pain management and relaxation. My method of massage is a combination of Deep tissue/ Sports massage and Swedish massage to aid in range of motion, decrease tension, and break up scar tissue while still providing relaxation. I provide a customizable session for each individual based on their goals.
