My name is Erika and I am the owner and sole practitioner of Easy Ease Orthopedic. I have been a massage therapist for 15 years and I have a specialty in orthopedic massage.

The biggest difference between orthopedic techniques and deep tissue is the unique approach for each muscle involved with the issue being treated. Using my in-depth understanding of anatomy and kinesiology I listen to the information given by each client at intake to make a plan for the massage treatment. A small list of common postural dysfunctions I’ve helped clients with are: lordosis and other low back issues, kyphosis and other upper back isssues, frozen shoulder, biceps tendonitis, “tech neck”, TMJ dysfunction, and muscular issues stemming from surgery or injury. I use as many of the techniques as are needed for each issue being treated. I promise each client will leave feeling better than they arrived.
