Mahal Bodywork Studio offers trauma informed touch where transformative healing is possible. My approach to bodywork is multi-faceted, guided by my own personal journey of healing from multiple injuries from a traumatic event, and undergoing major abdominal surgery with scarring.

My style of touch ranges from therapeutic light touch with oscillation to deeper work, incorporating shirodhara therapy, myofascial release, structural integration, pranic breath work, moxibustion therapy, fire-cupping, and trigger point techniques.

I am passionate about the ways our bodies tell story and its ability to heal from trauma. I am fully present during sessions and mindful that this is sacred work.
