As a fitness enthusiast and business owner who is always on the go, I understand what its like to have a body that feels worn out and fatigued. Whether you are working long hours at the computer, experiencing chronic hip and back pain, or wanting to destress after a long work week, I am here to make your journey a little easier.

In 2018 I graduated from East West College of the Healing Arts. The continuing education classes I've taken and practice are Biodynamic Massage 1, Neuromuscular Therapy for the hip and thigh, Spa therapies, deep tissue and Swedish. I have worked at an upscale spa in Tigard, Oregon as a massage therapist since 2018 and am bringing the spa atmosphere to my private practice complete with hot stones, and hot towels. I enjoy yoga, meditating, nature, traveling and self care.
