We live in a world that seems to celebrate being busy—full calendars, long to-do lists, and always having somewhere to be. Sometimes, we just need permission to slow down, take a breath, and do nothing for a little while.

I started my massage practice because I truly believe in the healing power of human touch. Connection has played an important role in my own health and wellness journey, and I wanted to create a space where others could experience that same sense of care and connection.

For me, massage is about more than technique. It’s about listening, being present, and creating a space where you can relax, let go, and feel cared for. Every body is different, and every session is a little different. My goal is to meet you where you are and give your body the time and attention it needs.

I also offer Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD), a gentle, rhythmic technique that supports the natural movement of lymph fluid through the body. MLD can be especially helpful when you're experiencing swelling or fluid retention, including after surgery or injury, and can be a wonderful complement to your overall wellness routine.

Whether you’re looking for therapeutic massage, gentle MLD, or simply a place to step away from the busy for a while, I hope you’ll feel welcome here.
