Professional Bio:

I began my spiritual journey in 2018, when Reiki found me! I was in search of an alternative/holistic way to support my mind, body, emotional and spiritual state. I wanted to feel energized, less stressed, empowered, confident and happier in my life by being authentically me. It was a challenge to start putting myself first due to all the responsibilities in my life of taking care of everyone else.

During this time, I also noticed that Reiki was benefitting my family and friends. The results that they have shared with me thus far have been a deep relaxation, balanced mood, increased creativity, getting unstuck to move forward with more confidence and clarity, etc.

I am now excited to share my gifts with the world, by guiding one beautiful precious soul at a time to heal themself from the inside out.

A little about Christine?

My name is Christine, but my friends and family know me as "Chrissy". When you can't find me doing Reiki, I enjoy doing meditations, learning astrology, attending sound baths, crystal shopping near and far, traveling with my family and friends, nourishing my body with dense nutrition and working out to keep my body and energy continuously moving.

Since childhood, I have known there was something inside me that was extra special to help others along their own path living on this beautiful earth.

As for my family life, I live in the Oswego area with my husband of 16+ years, who is a disabled veteran and my mother, who is better known as a golden girl. I also have two adult step-children that are currently living on their own.

It is through being a dual caregiver that I found the need to learn to connect with me by having self-love, giving myself self-care and finding alternative/holistic healing methods to help us all be healthier and happier in mind, body, emotions and spirit.

As I stated in my bio, Reiki found me and it was by accident. In learning more about this alternative healing tool, there was an immediate connection, like I have known in my life. It seems my soul was in alignment to my purpose. I took the next steps in 2018 and received a Reiki I certification. In 2019, received my Reiki II (Practitioner's certificate). Then finally, took the final certificate training to become a Reiki Master/Teacher in mid March of 2022.

I look forward to getting to know you more in-depth, as we partner together on connecting within to heal from the inside out to give yourself the opportunity to live your life at an optimal level.
