As an experienced therapeutic massage practitioner I have been helping my clients with increased body movement, neck, back, shoulder and joint issues, pain management, cancer recovery, lymphedema, pre and post surgery and more. My approach is different than a typical spa experience because my treatments/services draw upon my education in body work, medical massage and specialized soft tissue techniques. Each time we work together we create a focused session for your specific needs of that day. My goal is to help your body improve its ability to heal itself and set you up to feel your best.
