Our counselors have a background in both, Professional Counseling and Marriage and Family Therapy and use a broad range of techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Structural Therapy, Guided Imagery, and Narrative Therapy. No matter which modality is employed the driving approach is a Person-Centered approach, which means that YOU are at the center of the goals and the direction of the therapy – it’s about you and what you need!

In our years of experience, we have worked with a multi-cultured client base from various races, religions, and genders. We have helped children deal with impulse control issues, families adjust to stressors in the home, couples address infidelity and marital struggles, and helped many individuals deal with depression, shame, anxiety, bi-polar disorder, and stress management.
