I am Dawn Coeur, owner of Interdimensional Wellness LLC. I practice Massage therapy, Energy therapy, Aromatherapy, Sound therapy and Spiritual coaching. My wellness journey began when I was hospitalized in 2012 for Major Depressive Disorder. This set me on a path to find ways to heal myself, interdimensionally, heal my mind, body and spirit. The first step was to break away from the career of Business administration and management I had developed over the previous twenty years. I gained a lot of experience in developing, growing and marketing business during that time.

I decided I needed to be doing something I loved. I was a starting lapidary artist and decided to learn more. I formed a business, Chestnut Hill Creations LLC in 2010, to make and sell my lapidary art. I applied for and received a partial grant to go to William Holland School for the Lapidary Arts. There I honed my skills as an artist. I took this knowledge back to the Kalamazoo Institute of Arts and have been a lapidary instructor there since 2014. My art has been shown at Kalamazoo Institute of Arts and many other art shows I have participated in successfully. My love for lapidary art is to make beauty from the ordinary. My mission is to teach others how to do this art, which is becoming a lost art form.

Then I found Reiki, a form of energy therapy. I trained to become a Reiki Master in 2017. My love of stones led me to study and become certified in crystal reiki. I am also certified in animal reiki. While Reiki is where I began my energy therapy journey, I have over the years learned other techniques. My own holistic form of energy therapy is what I practice with my clients. Everything in the universe is made of energy. Our bodies want to keep us in a state of homeostasis, this includes our energy body. When we resonate with this universal energy, we allow our bodies to heal themselves.

Naturally, to go with stones, crystals and energy therapy, I took a couple courses in aromatherapy in 2017. While I am not certified, I have studied information and gathered resources to make sure my work with essential oils is safe and helpful for all.

My desire to help myself and others heal spiritually led me to become a certified spiritual coach. I completed the training in April of 2021 through James Van Praagh School of Mystical Arts. All of my life I have been an empath, a highly sensitive person. It wasn’t until my hospitalization, diagnosis of Major Depressive Disorder and the therapy that followed, did I truly realize this about myself. I have been on a journey since to learn how to control and protect myself from the energies around me. Also how to use this psychic skill to help myself and others. My goal is to help others to become their best selves.

Recently, I have been learning how to use tuning forks as sound therapy. It is a very interesting and satisfying practice. I look forward to learning more about how resonance and frequencies may be involved in our healing process. My plan is to find a certification program for this form of sound therapy.

I decided I wanted to do more to help others heal. After looking at different work in the healthcare field, I was called to massage therapy. It filled all my needs. I could complete the program relatively quickly, run my own business, be physically active and be able to care for my family. Mostly I love being able to use my hands to help others heal. Therapeutic touch is so incredibly important to our health and well being. Connecting with the body and allowing it to heal itself through modalities such as myofascial release and craniosacral therapy is where I intend to focus my practice. Massage therapy is the icing on the cake for all the other skills I bring to help others heal.
