I have a lovely massage studio in my home where you can relax and unwind or alleviate those aches and pains that you can no longer ignore. I am a fully licensed and insured Registered Massage Therapist with a Diploma in Kinesiology.

I have training in deep tissue and relaxation massage, joint mobilization, taping, sports massage, and a certification in clinical evidence cupping techniques. I take a client-centred approach to assess the root cause of dysfunction and pain, then use various therapeutic techniques to accomplish my client's health goals. I always strive to ensure a relaxing, safe and caring space for my clients throughout their treatment.

In order to keep the price down for my clients I do not direct bill. At the conclusion of your treatment I issue a receipt where you can then simply submit it through your benefits plan.
