Massage Therapy is a work of art, and it is an honor to share my 4 years of experience with you. My technique and flow complements my passion and studies for Eastern spirituality & philosophy.

I address the WHOLE body to unblock and open meridian points that may hold trapped/stagnant energy, which is often the root cause for pain and imbalance in the Mind, Body & Spirit. *No tools are used during my services. Instead, I rely solely on the gift of the healing energy within my hands, a clear understanding of your treatment goals, and a mindful, visual assessment of your body to guide each session with purpose and presence.

A few fun facts about me: I'm a lover of all things creative, original and soulful. I'm happiest when traveling, fine dining, viewing art, reading and writing poetry, spending time in nature, cooking meals prepared with love, and not taking myself so seriously. :)
