I have been practicing massage since 2000 and I am committed to learning new ways to help myself and others achieve their optimal potential. Some of my certifications include Facilitator of Embodied Transformation, AuraSoma Practitioner Level 3, Yoga Instructor, Reiki Master, Brain Integration Technique,

Integrated Healing Practitioner, Myofascial Release, Craniosacral Therapy Level 2.

I love using the power of breath and movement in my massage work and in my transformation work too. Many of my modalities also include muscle testing as a way to discover the wisdom of the clients unconscious mind. Integrating and healing body, mind and spirit is my goal for every session!
