Certified Massage Therapist Jennifer Brooks LMT, may be a familiar face. Jennifer has been a resident group fitness instructor at The Workout Club for the past 18 years. As an avid gym goer and fitness instructor Jennifer understands the joint stresses and muscle fatigue her clients experience. She also understands the benefits and needs for a therapeutic massage – and for a relaxation-based massage as well. The ability to relate to her clients allows Jennifer insight on how her clients are feeling and a game plan for developing a wellness plan. This also gives her direct insight on how to create a custom massage specific to their needs.

Many clients come to Jennifer specifically for muscular alignment techniques. Whether you’re dealing with impingement, lower-back tension, sciatica, or neck pain, she works to address those issues directly — aligning the muscles, relieving pressure, and restoring mobility.

What to Expect
Your session starts with a conversation learning about how you are feeling and what you are looking to accomplish. Based upon that conversation and assessment, Jennifer will incorporate various massage techniques such as stretching, trigger point, cupping, muscle scraping etc. to address your specific needs. Jennifer will inquire periodically throughout your massage and adjust accordingly.
