My name is Laura,

I am a wife, dog mom to two fur babies, and a self-proclaimed nature lover.

My experience with massage began at a young age as I witnessed the beginning and evolution of my aunt’s massage career. I was in awe of the relief and healing my aunt could facilitate though massage by the seemingly simply act of touch, and I wanted to be able to do the same.

My personal experience with massage sparked a fire in me to pursue a career as a Massage Therapist. I was accepted into the Health Enrichment Center’s Therapeutic Massage program from which I graduated and then received my state license.

I am a true believer in the mind-body connection and the body’s ability to self-heal. My own experience with massage therapy has shown me the beneficial role it plays in supporting the body by helping it shift from a state of fight or flight (sympathetic dominance) back to a state of balance and optimal function in which it can heal (parasympathetic dominance).

I am beyond grateful to be part of the massage therapy community and would be honored to be a part of your healing journey by helping you connect with your body and feel your best!
