Healing can be traumatic, as well as divine. It takes strength and courage to transition from feeling like a victim to knowing that you’re a survivor.

Our esoteric bodies can hold onto energy when we experience trauma. Most of us have energetic blocks and imbalances as well as sabotaging habits. If we don’t heal it can lead to mental, emotional, and physical pain.

Reiki is a form of holistic therapy commonly referred to as energy healing, it can be done in person or distantly. It is a natural and safe way to treat a variety of physical, emotional, and spiritual symptoms. It moves stagnant energy out of our bodies, balancing the mind, body, and soul.

After learning about all the benefits reiki had to offer, I decided to book a healing session in November of 2018. Since then Reiki has enhanced all aspects of my life.
