Kimmy specializes in Manual Lymphatic Drainage. She practices the Vodder technique, which is the gold standard for encouraging optimal and efficient lymphatic function. Some of the most commonly treated conditions include post surgical recovery, oncology patients and cancer survivors, vascular conditions (lymphadema and lipedema), autoimmune disorder, arthritis, edema, digestive concerns, mental health wellness and more. Kimmy received additional training in cosmetic surgery procedures and recovery through the Academy of Lymphatic Studies.

CranioSacral therapy, an additional highlight of the practice, aims to empower the body's natural healing abilities by using sustained gentle pressure focused primarily on the skull, facial bones and tailbone. Gentle manipulations release restrictions within the fascia and central nervous system. A number of conditions are indicated for CST; including headaches/migraines, fibromyalgia, chronic pain, TMJ disorders, PTSD, autism spectrum disorders and more. Kimmy has trained with the Upledger Institute which founded the modality.

Spa/Swedish-influenced therapeutic massages fall under 'Integrative Bodywork.' These session incorporate various technique drawing from MLD, Craniosacral Therapy, Swedish/relaxation, and Energy Work. Sessions begin with a thorough intake to ensure each treatment is unique and customized to the individual.

Whether for surgical recovery, enhancing overall wellness, stress/pain relief, energetic alignment, tackling medical concerns or a combination – we will work together to find the perfect blend to suit your goals and preferences.

I am strongly committed to provide a safe and healing space to everyone - regardless of race, color, creed, sexual orientation or gender identity. My mission is to empower clients to become active participants in the process of attaining freedom from pain, and connecting to the powerful healing that their body is capable of.
