I am a board certified New York State Licensed Massage Therapist and graduate of the Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage. I am also a certified Reiki practitioner, as well as a trauma-informed therapist, having received training at the Colorado School of Healing Arts. It is my greatest joy and honor to act as a facilitator in guiding your bodies' powerful ability for self-healing.

A Rochester, NY native; I traveled the world as a flight attendant for more than a decade, residing on both east and west coasts before arriving, full circle, at my calling of massage therapy.

Bodywork (massage, therapy, and energy work) have played a critical role in my own healing journey from trauma, injury, chronic pain and anxiety. I am passionate about personal growth; and believe in the power of human touch even beyond the well-documented physiological and neurological benefits. In the crazy world we live in, compassion and human connection can transform lives.

I enjoy art (painting and writing), horseback riding and the natural world – being in or around water. Animals nurture my soul; I am the mama to one cute rescue cat named Sweetie.
