CONSENT FORMS & CONFIRMATION NOTICES

Consent forms and confirmations are sent electronically via email only. To avoid confusion, please remember to provide accurate information and valid email address when booking. If booking for someone else please provide THEIR information, not yours. In order to receive service, consent forms must be complete and submitted before appointment time.

SERVICE REFUND POLICY

A non-refundable retainer fee is required to reserve appointments.

While we make every effort to make our customers as happy as possible, all purchases online & in office are final. We are a small business and unfortunately cannot offer refunds on any used or unused sessions for individual services, certificates, packages, or service series. We offer store credits, which can be put towards a future service or gift certificate

MEMBERSHIP TERM

Credits rollover for one month allowing 60 days to use before expiration. Gifting credits are allowed if you are unable to use them with in 60-day period. You may pause or cancel membership at any time.

GIFT CERTIFICATES-Sales are final. Certificates have expiration. Online certificates have a one-year period to redeem after purchase before expiration. In office certificate have a 3-month period to redeem after purchase before expiration. In the case your certificate does expire, we offer half of any 60- or 90-minute service.

PACKAGES-A refund may be requested with in 48 hours after purchase on 5,10, and 20 package quantities only. After 48 hours, refunds will not be accepted.

PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

Due to the natural nature of our products, we do not accept refunds. All purchases are final as soon as payment is processed. No exceptions. We are not responsible for shipping issues, loss, damages, or carrier issues.

CANCELATION & LATE POLICE

It is suggested to arrive on time. Late arrivals will be charged full price and session will end as originally scheduled so that sessions following are not penalized. The time remaining will be given. It is up to the therapist to give more time if schedule permits.

Please give a 24-hour notice for cancelations or rescheduling. No refunds, No exceptions. Consistent cancelations will result in same day booking only and may not be allowed to book online or in advance. Must call office to book same day.We have the right not to schedule appointments for those who refuse to follow and respect our policies.
