Hi, I'm Abby Estes, licensed massage therapist, yoga teacher and founder of Open Eye Massage and Yoga. My mission is to help awaken self-awareness in my clients through restoring flexibility, vitality, and clarity. I help those who have physical aches and pains from long-term stress or injury, those who are fatigued, emotionally overwhelmed, and those on the journey to wholeness, peace and well-being.

I know what it’s like to live a life full of stress. Before my massage therapy career, I juggled various gigs at once, including working many years in the restaurant industry while operating in the role of a free-lance artist. As a result of managing this superhuman level activity, my nervous system suffered greatly. I was showing signs of hypertension, exhaustion, adrenal failure, depression, and was mentally scattered from so much multi-tasking. In short, I was burnt out. Fortunately, I stumbled upon the miraculous therapies of yoga and massage which helped restore me to my balanced and happy self. And now I wish to help you do the same.

As a Kundalini yoga teacher for over a decade now, I have helped thousands of people learn a great deal more about their bodies and minds. Believe it or not, yoga is actually a form of self-massage! I am passionate about how these two healing modalities work in synergy as well as sharing my findings with clients.

Outside of my work, I love nature retreats, arts and crafts, music, and enjoying quality time with family and friends. I have a seventeen-year-old son and nieces that I love to create life with. I look forward to connecting with you.
