Welcome & thank you for visiting our page!

The massages given at Aletha’s Bodywork & Massage LLC are not your typical massage!

We take time to understand your need in order to meet your expectation!

We create space in the body for movement through the removing of scar-tissue in the body and are experts in this area!

The list below are areas we have helped many clients in and use a variety of modalities:

*Lymphatic Drainage *Scar-Tissue Removal *Migraine headaches *Tight Neck Muscles

*Frozen Shoulders *Tight Hip-Flexors *Low Back Pain *Sciatica Pain *Knee Pain *Ankle injury *Hip Pain *Pin & Stretch

*Deep Tissue *Sports Massage *Relaxation. *Prenatal *Sport Injury

Our Relaxation Massage will create peace/joy & movement in your body!

We accomplish this through our Heated Himalayan Salt Stones &/or Lymphatic Drainage.

These are one of our best relaxation massages. First, the Himalayan Salt Stones give over 85 minerals to the body. These heated stones touch the skin by using coconut oil on the stones leaving you with an exhilarating experience during & after the massage!

Our Lymphatic Drainage Massage is love you can give your body. We teach you how to keep your body from becoming inflamed and toxic from the environment. Many have said “may I stay & sleep for awhile”!

You deserve to continue to do what you love to do in order to enjoy your life!

Movement is Key…Pain Free is Key! Motion is Lotion!

Please make sure you are hydrated before your massage! This will help the body not be as sore!

Please let us know how we can assist you in your journey through life!
