I am a professional massage therapist with extensive advanced bodywork training to enhance my therapeutic skills. I have trained at Esalen in Big Sur, Heartwood Institute in Garberville, National Institute of Health in Sacramento and Ashland Institute of Massage, where I completed my basic massage training. I hold a National Certification in massage therapy with the National Certification Board of Massage and Bodywork after completing advanced training and passing a written exam.

I have an extensive collegiate health sciences education, holding a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology from Fresno State University. I am a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant with the California Physical Therapy Board with extensive experience in outpatient rehabilitation.
