My granny used to ask me to massage her legs. She was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes in my early childhood. Watching her body go through changes, she taught me that touch is a necessity in healing.

The body knows. The human system is a wonderful machine, a design so magnificent. The every day actions of the body go mostly unregistered, until something isn’t quite right.
Every body is made of physical components, such as bone, muscle and tendon. As humans, we also encompass what can be described as logical, emotional and spiritual space as well. Measured in organs, tissues and cells, the human blueprint is every body.
The two pillars of this practice are wellness and intention. My mission statement: "Being well is choice. Choose with intention.”
