Kristina has 20+ yrs experience in the massage field. During this time she has honed her technique with a combination of medical massage for specific issues, relaxation and compassionate touch. Your treatment will go beyond a typical relaxation massage to focus on the deeper muscles and connective tissue of the body. Your session will include many modalities including trigger point therapy, NMT and myofascial release.

She specializes in cervical (neck) injuries, postural defects and migraine. Many clients that are seen have autoimmune disorders, MS, spinal fusions, Lyme disease and other tick born illnesses, whiplash injury, upper crossed syndrome, sports related injuries, ligament damage and chronic pain.

Your session will typically include an initial assessment followed by a 60-90 minute massage. Cryotherapy, thermo therapy, aromatherapy and the use of high quality massage oils and salve are complimentary for the first 4 weeks of therapy. You will have the option to add these services on after that or a package of services.

4-6 weeks of consecutive 60 min sessions are recommended for most clients. Sometimes 8-12 weeks may be more appropriate.
