Hi, I’m Ashley—a Licensed Massage Therapist and graduate of the Boulder Massage Therapy Institute. I also hold a degree in Integrative Health from Front Range Community College.

Before becoming a massage therapist, I spent nearly 13 years working as a Certified Nursing Assistant. During that time, I earned my certification in Healing Touch, which opened my eyes to the power of intentional, therapeutic touch in supporting the body’s healing process. That experience planted the seed that eventually led me to pursue massage therapy as a deeper way to care for others.

In addition to my healthcare background, I’ve spent several years competing in powerlifting, which has taught me the value of movement, recovery, and body awareness. I understand what it takes to care for your body through every season of life, and I bring that experience into every session—blending clinical insight with holistic, integrative massage to help you feel strong, resilient, balanced, and supported.
