Soothing the mind, body & soul through personalized wellness

For me, massage has always been about more than helping someone relax for an hour. I believe in creating a space where people can slow down, feel cared for, and make their overall well-being a priority.

As a Licensed Massage Therapist and owner of The Pampered Soul Massage & Spa, I take a personalized approach to every client and every session. Whether you're looking for relaxation, relief from everyday tension and stress, or simply time to recharge, my goal is to meet you where you are and create an experience centered around what your body needs.

My passion for wellness has continued to grow over the years, which has also led me to pursue my Bachelor's degree in Alternative Medicine. I'm excited to continue expanding my knowledge of natural and holistic approaches to wellness as I work toward my vision of growing The Pampered Soul into a more complete natural wellness center.

At The Pampered Soul, I want you to feel comfortable, heard, and genuinely cared for from the moment you walk through the door.

Come in, exhale, and let us pamper your soul—because you deserve it.
