As a former professional dancer of classical and contemporary ballet, and teacher of

both, I’ve always been fascinated with what the human body can do as well as what it needs

to get there.

I am deeply passionate about movement and diet and knowing where and how one

belongs to their community, as ( I believe these to be ) critical to a healthy, joy-filled life. I

am a lover of music, nature, good smells, textures, dance, babbling streams, spontaneous

encounters with strangers, people, and wild animals. Also animals and wild people.

I have been on the receiving end of many current and ancient healing modalities

including: chiropractic, herbalists, homeopathy, sports medicine, pilates, nature, art

therapy, yoga, music therapy, movement specialists, acupuncture, psychology, and

massage therapy. I am grateful for the healing they each brought.

My husband and three children ( all athletes and artists ) are continually in need of

care for injuries or chronic ailments and as my own body isn’t getting any younger either, I

am always seeking ways in which to give healing to our whole selves in order to keep being

our truest selves to others.

My hope is to integrate as many of these modalities as possible while keeping my

current focus on massage and neuromuscular therapy.

Our world is in deep need of much healing. May we help each other grow more

beautiful as we journey through it.
