Pure Therapeutic Massage is led by Abigail Grado. Not only is Abigail an expert at her craft, she is also a local with deep roots in the community. After growing up in Tuscon, Arizona she moved to Artesia. Although she didn’t appreciate the area at a young age, she has since grown to love and admire the tight-knit town she is proud to call home. It was here that she first discovered her true calling of massage therapy.

Through her work, she is able to help entire families through their healing journeys. From young grandchildren up to their grandparents, Abigail works closely with each of her clients on a personal basis to ensure they receive the very best care. Her work is focused on helping people manage pain through a holistic approach. She centers her attention on finding the core issues her clients are facing, and then addresses each one with an individualized treatment plan. Her one-on-one services allow her to really get to know each person she works alongside in order to deliver the best results possible.

What truly sets her work apart is her continued desire to learn and grow as a massage therapist. She is consistently training for new techniques in order to be the best resource possible for all of her clients. She currently utilizes The Neural Reset Therapy as a way to create rapid change in muscle fiber, which results in instant relaxation for clients. Many of the people Abigail works with have called this “magic” after a session of immediate relief.

While she works with people of all ages and walks of life, she has more recently been working with many young athletes who bring unique challenges. By helping them recover after intense trainings and building strength overall, Abigail is able to help these athletes avoid injuries that arise during strenuous activities. Her work allows them to enjoy the sports they love for longer with less fear of pain in the immediate future, as well as years down the road.

After more than 14 years serving others, Abigail continues to find new ways to inspire people to seek self-care. Her mission is to help everyone see that massage therapy can be an instrumental part of your overall wellbeing and health, not just a luxury to be enjoyed on special occasions.
