Hey Ya’ll! Welcome to Intentional Wellness, I am Kristi and I specialize in Therapeutic Bodywork. I started massage to help people live their best pain-free lives. My goal is to assist every BODY that comes through my door with effective professional bodywork.

I offer a variety of massage services tailored to what your body needs. YOU are unique and so are your needs. I take a corrective approach to find and facilitate change in your tissue. Wellness takes an Intentional Effort.

Services Include (not limited to), TMJD, Cupping, Theracupping, Lymphatic Drainage. Pre/Post Operative Massage, Scar Tissue Massage, Pain Management Massage, Scoliosis Massage, etc.
