Hi my name is Kaitlyn! I am a wife, a mom to two beautiful kiddos an army veteran, a registered nurse and a peloton fanatic.

I will be taking my years of medical knowledge and skills and incorporating it with the many modalities of holistic wellness while focusing on the health foundations.

My holistic wellness journey began when I was looking for answers for my son which then blossomed into my own incredible healing journey.

It’s important to me to empower you with knowledge and simple recommendations that you can implement into your daily routine. I believe you should be in charge of your health and wellness. My goal as a family practitioner is to bridge the gap of traditional healthcare while getting to the root cause of your ailments through a physical, emotional and spiritual approach.
