In 2008, I was diagnosed with severe anxiety and depression. The medication I was put on didn't work, and I was struggling with being able to be a Mom and Wife. I was introduced to the miracle I call massage by my husband's co-worker in 2009, and for the first time in a long time, I started to feel peace. I wanted more, not only for myself but to help others the same way I was, so I went to school and graduated in 2011.
I started my career in the Spa industry perfecting the art of a relaxation massage, then moved into a therapeutic massage by working with chiropractors, to facilitate injury healing. Through my many years and continued education, I have been blessed to see the many benefits of massage; reduced stress and anxiety, decrease in depression, relief from chronic headaches and migraines, less muscle tension resulting in returning Range of Motion, quicker healing from injuries and surgeries, prevention of injuries, lower blood pressure, and improved sleep patterns.
I will say that my specialty is something I call "The One Massage". I can create a unique experience every time you are on the table. My favorite part of what I do is escaping the normal routine of most massages and “listening” to you and what your muscles saying in order to figuring out which of the many techniques on my toolbox of learning are needed so that you can feel a positive change not just in body but in your mind as well.

When I'm not working, I enjoy hanging out with my family or relaxing with my dogs, or any number of hobbies that happen to be occupying my mind.
