My belief is you can "Nurture Your Soul" by connecting body and mind and I believe as the mind and body are cared for together your healing will begin. Whether that healing is from day to day stress, life changes or long held trauma. When mind and body are given support balance can be reached. I love helping people be their best self inside and out in the Globe area as well as the Gila Valley. Travel is available upon request for a fee.

I am a Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner (AADP). I received my Master Massage Practitioner Certification though Southwest Institute of Healing Arts in Tempe Arizona where I also received a certificate of excellence in Reflexology. In addition to being a Licensed Massage Therapist I am a trained herbalist and a certified nutrition coach. I have trained in Aromatherapy which I believe blends beautifully with all modalities.
