I am a Licensed Massage Therapist who has been in the health industry for over 10 years. I specialize in the relief of chronic pain.

Growing up with a chiropractor in my family sparked my fascination with human anatomy at a very young age. In addition, I developed a keen interest in sports medicine after growing up around several athletes with physical limitations due to past injuries and/or muscular imbalances. After receiving my bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, I went on to further my education by completing a massage therapy program.

I am passionate about helping people find relief from chronic upper body pain through manual therapy. I achieve this through the use of structural integration which focuses on manipulating the connective tissue throughout the body in order to alleviate pain. I am also extensively trained in deep tissue, sports massage, IASTM, cupping therapy, and prenatal massage.
