As an Intuitive massage therapist, I am passionate about helping people find relaxation and relief from pain and stress through the power of touch. Offering a variety of techniques tailored to each individual's needs.

Restorative Massage is a deeply therapeutic experience designed to ease chronic tension, reduce stress, and promote overall well-being. Blending techniques from Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release and myoskeletal modalities. This treatment targets areas of physical and emotional stress, encouraging the body's natural healing processes. Ideal for those recovering from injury, managing pain or simply needing to reset. Our restorative massage leaves you feeling relaxed and renewed.

Cupping Massage is an alternative therapy that involves suctioning the skin, I use plastic, or silicone cups without heat. This treatment can help improve blood flow, boost immune function, remove toxins, relieve muscle tension and reduce pain.

Hot Stone Therapy melt away tension, ease muscle stiffness, and increase circulation. Promotes deeper muscle relaxation through a full body massage incorporating heated smooth Lava or Himalayan salt stones to the body.

Mindful Massage, allow yourself to be fully present and aware of your experiences—senses, thoughts, and emotions—without being overly reactive or judgmental. Beginning each session with breath work to calm your mind and body. Followed by personalized guided meditation, a form of mindful exploration where you observe your thoughts, sensations, and emotions with curiosity and kindness, using your breath as an anchor and massage to end your session.
Tandem Synergy A unique couples massage experience in separate suites—allowing you both to unwind individually while sharing aligned energy and holistic wellness. *You must book call or text 603-219-6454 and request booking with Kelli & Nate. Days available Monday, Wednesday occasional Saturdays.
