As an intuitive massage therapist, I’m passionate about helping clients relax and find relief from pain, stress, and tension through skilled, therapeutic touch. I offer a range of techniques tailored to each individual’s needs, with a special focus on the body’s connective tissue (fascia). My work supports improved mobility and comfort by addressing areas of restriction—helping to ease chronic tightness and reduce adhesions that can develop from injury or scar tissue.

Restorative Massage is a deeply therapeutic experience designed to ease chronic tension, reduce stress, and promote overall well-being. Blending techniques from Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release and myoskeletal modalities. This treatment targets areas of physical and emotional stress, encouraging the body's natural healing processes. Ideal for those recovering from injury, managing pain or simply needing to reset. Our restorative massage leaves you feeling relaxed and renewed.

Cupping Massage is an alternative therapy that involves suctioning the skin, I use plastic, or silicone cups without heat. This treatment can help improve blood flow, boost immune function, remove toxins, relieve muscle tension and reduce pain.

Athletic Restore, targeted massage options, Focused on specific muscle groups with stretching and myofascial modalities to reduce guarding so the muscle can fire again. Great for Sports & Activity, Pickle Ball Relief, Runner’s Recovery, Cyclist’s Hips, Swimmers Recovery, or Weightlifter’s Reset

Tension Tune-up, 30-minute session targeting back, forearms, wrists, and neck with myofascial & myoskeletal

Hot Stone Therapy melt away tension, ease muscle stiffness, and increase circulation. Promotes deeper muscle relaxation through a full body massage incorporating heated smooth Lava or Himalayan salt stones to the body.
