Meet Ruben Bowens, LMBT

Licensed Massage Therapist | Certified Holistic Health Practitioner | Health Care Coach | Nutritional Counselor

"I am your forever steadfast advocate for health, wellness and massage."

My passion is helping people feel better, live healthier, and experience a greater sense of well-being.

As a Certified Holistic Health Practitioner, Health Care Coach, and Nutritional Counselor, I've dedicated myself to helping others achieve a healthier, more balanced lifestyle. Becoming a Licensed Massage Therapist was a natural extension of that commitment, allowing me to incorporate the therapeutic benefits of massage into my holistic approach to wellness.

At Hanztastic Massage & Spa, I believe massage is more than relaxation — it's an important part of caring for your body and overall well-being.

Every session is personalized to your individual needs, whether you're looking to relieve muscle tension, reduce everyday stress, ease physical discomfort, or simply enjoy some much-needed relaxation.

What I enjoy most about being a massage therapist is seeing the positive difference my work makes in how my clients feel.

My goal is simple: To help you leave feeling better than when you arrived and to become a trusted part of your ongoing wellness journey.

I look forward to welcoming you to Hanztastic Massage & Spa!
