WELCOME!

I believe everyone could use a massage. Why? Because we as humans acquire aches & pains from a multitude of mental, physical & spiritual stressors. Massage Therapy is an excellent non-drug remedy to reduce anxiety, alleviate pain, improve flexibility, promote sleep, & enhance mental clarity. I can describe the experience of massage therapy in 3 words: It's All Good!

STEAM SAUNA IS A GREAT ADD ON TREATMENT TO YOUR MASSAGE!

DO STEAM SAUNAS HAVE HEALTH BENEFITS? Heat bathing is an ancient practice practiced throughout history across many cultures, continuing today in the Russian banyas, American Indian sweat lodges, & Finnish saunas. Many health claims are made about benefits that range from better metabolism, weight loss, stress reduction, improved cardiovascular function, pain relief, anti-aging & skin rejuvenation.

STEAM BEFORE OR AFTER MASSAGE? A steam sauna warms up & relax muscles, relieving tension & effectively preparing your body for the subsequent massage. The warm environment promotes blood flow & loosens muscles, providing an excellent ideal precondition for massage. Answer: STEAM BEFORE MASSAGE.

BOOK AS A SINGLE SESSION OR ADD-ON to a MASSAGE SESSION. Just click the + sign to add steam sauna 30 or 60 Minutes. For Extra Therapy to your steam sauna add an essential oil like eucalyptus, cinnamon, sleep botanical blend (lavender, bergamot, cypress, geranium, frankincense& chamomile) or calming botanical blend (orange, tangerine, ylang ylang, patchouli, & chamomile)
