If you do not receive an email and text confirmation, you did not complete the booking process.

If you do not complete the booking process OR pause more than five minutes, the time you chose will be frozen for about ten minutes. It is not because someone else booked it!

You will receive an error message if you enter your card info incorrectly.

Issues have been reported by other clients so PLEASE TEXT GLORIA if you have any difficulty with scheduling.

New clients are required to make a 50% deposit for the FIRST TIME ONLY. Returning clients may choose to pay at time of service.

The convenience fee for paying with a card is $3.85 or with Venmo is $2.55.

The fee for cancelling/rescheduling less than 36 hours or missing appointment is 50%.

Up until 36 hours before you appointment, you can log on to massagebook with your email and reschedule.
